Justyna Karczmarz

Legal advisor. She is a member of Warsaw Bar Association since 2012. She is a member of the Promotion and Development of the Profession Committee since 2016 and was a delegate to the National Symposium of Legal Advisors in 2016 of Warsaw Bar Association. Justyna graduated from the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, Faculty of Law and Administration and Faculty of Economics with the international business specialization. She gained her professional experience in law firms in Warsaw and in public administration.

She deals with legal actions on every stage of the conflict, i.e. from merits of the claim analysis, pre-litigation activities, through actual judicial proceeding, to enforcement proceedings.

Justyna specializes in conducting the cases from the scope of the civil, labour, family, commercial and administration law. She has many years of experience in compensation cases (including medical malpractice), as well as unfair competition - she represents her clients in conflicts with the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
